With its seamless connectivity to KCS' e-commerce solution, shops can instantly see part and tire availability at participating suppliers, and place hot-shot orders from directly within a work order.
We will also be showcasing our parts catalog and connectivity solution for tire and auto service dealers, VAST Commerce at this year’s show. Built on KCS' OpenWebs e-commerce and Autocat catalog platforms, the VAST Commerce’s open architecture provides users with a single solution for all their connectivity requirements.
In addition to the latest catalog integration option, KCS will be showing how our solutions work with the CarSide (digital vehicle inspection) integration. CarSide enables shops to send customers a digital report of recommended repairs directly to their smartphone including pictures and videos. It shows them exactly what the technician sees, allowing them to make an informed decision before approving needed repairs.
