Customer letter from Heather Preu - Kerridge CS NA CEO

In these unusual and trying times, I have been both humbled and inspired to see how our colleagues and customers have been coming together and encouraging one another. 

We have been able to support our customers remotely throughout the lockdown and have embraced new ways of operating by leveraging technology to stay connected. Thank you to all our Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS) Team Members who have continued to work relentlessly during these times. We salute you for all your efforts and thank you for your service.

We continue to offer full support services and provide our consultancy and training services remotely. Our account management team is here to help you engage with KCS.

We are providing remote services such as system health checks, report writing, product file health checks, and remote training. Our consultancy department is available to help our customers with remote working and support any urgent changes in their supply chain.

We are determined to be there and help you innovate, automate, and evolve to meet these new business challenges.
